Sunday, July 26th. Symposium 11am-5pm and Awards Gala 7-11pm inside the Doubletree Hilton, Cambridge MA.
The BarberPolls Awards Gala and Symposium (BAGS) is a LIVE Broadcasting media production and business conference, that captures the flair and showmanship of the barber & beauty industries.
Media Row Floor Instructors will be set aside specifically for invited social media influencer Instructors.
Hosted inside the Charles River ballroom.
Media for the event:
- Press release
- Paid social media ads
- Local paper listings
- BarberTime Radio ads and programs
Instructors - (This is NOT for corporate product sales)
Receive:
- 1 8×8 table/booth for 2 people, next to MEDIA ROW. Full price per additional guest.
- 2 VIP admission tickets to the BarberPolls Awards Gala. Full price per additional guest.
- Listed on the event program & page.
- Mentioned during BarberTimeRADIO programming leading up to the event.
- Listed on the post event company press release.
Requirements
- Minimum of 20k social media followers on one platform, not the total of all your platforms.
- 2 Social media VIDEO announcements of your attendance – 2 months prior to the event – on your main platform.
- 1 social media ANNOUNCEMENT of your attendance – 2 weeks prior to the event – on your main platform.
- Stream LIVE from the event during Halftime Showcase or the Awards Gala.
- Must TAG and show the name of BarberTimeBUZZ or BarberTimeRadio on all of your event related posts.
