Angel Olguin

     As I reflect on my childhood, I realize I had access to resources that could have helped me grow, but I didn’t fully recognize or utilize them at the time. This program is an opportunity for me to take control of my own development while also learning how to identify and support others who may be facing challenges.

     As a barber and community servant, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life—individuals coming into the shop at their best and at their worst. My goal extends beyond providing great haircuts and shaves; I want to be a resource for the community, creating a space where we can heal, grow, and support one another.
