How I’ve helped others pull through tough times :

I’ve help a few of people just recently who have either lost their hair due to stressful situations within their life such as death, anxiety or depression. I stay on top of going by to visit and help them around the house, bring food, advice when asked or even just a shoulder or ear. I do this because not everyone has a safe place to vent or open up to strangers or even other family members at times. Moreover, they may just need a friend who will listen without prejudice and lift them up.
